Born Stephen Demetre Georgiou on July 21, 1948, The Artist Formerly Known as CAT STEVENS celebrates his 58th birthday today. Cat, of course, sold millions of records in the 1970s before embracing Islam, changing his name to YUSUF ISLAM, and giving up the pop star business. He would later return to recording under his new name, at least on a limited basis.So for our audio celebration, first we have Yusuf with the beautiful update of one of his Cat classics, "Peace Train 2003":
