Double Honey, part 1
In the summer of 1980 JOHN LENNON went into New York's Hit Factory to record tracks for what would become the "Double Fantasy" and "Milk and Honey" LPs. Fortunately, producer JACK DOUGLAS had his "Master Control Running Tape", which recorded the sessions from Lennon's vocal booth, so there is quite a bit of audio available from these sessions, and like most Lennon session tapes, these are a lot of fun to listen to....
On August 8, they recorded the basic tracks for the next single, "(Just Like) Starting Over":
