Here are two more old magazine ads. You can click on the images for a larger view. The Gibson ad is from an issue of CRAWDADDY magazine. Note that with the S-1, Woody can "make the music burn for Gimme Shelter". Are there any photos of him actually playing an S-1 with the Stones? Cool ad, though.
The Shure ad is from CIRCUS magazine. Nice to know its the same mike used by Sergio Mendes!
